Trio Grotesk Unicode Map

Trio Grotesk includes numerous arrows, ornaments and dingbats (see also our blog post). These special characters can be accessed by a combination of HTML numeric character references and CSS OpenType features, which are viewable only in OpenType-savvy browsers.

In order to access the various characters, set your meta codepages to UTF-8 and use the map below.

To enable both Superscript and Stylistic Alternates in OpenType-savvy browsers, turn on the “sups” and “salt” features using the following CSS settings:
font-feature-settings: "sups", "salt" 1;

/*vendor prefixes*/
-moz-font-feature-settings: "sups=1, salt=1";
-moz-font-feature-settings: "sups", "salt";
-ms-font-feature-settings: "sups", "salt" 1;
-webkit-font-feature-settings: "sups", "salt" 1;
