We will exchange or refund the purchase of a product that you purchased directly from Ascender if you contact Ascender to request the return within 15 days of receiving the product.
Return a product for a refund
To return a product purchased directly from Webtype.com:
1. Contact the Webtype.com Customer Service team. You can simply reply to the email sent to you with your purchase confirmation. You will need to provide the following information:
* The order number
* Your name
* The product you're returning
* The reason for the return
2. Remove the product from your computer and send us an email confirming that that product(s) you downloaded were destroyed.
3. Modify your website source by removing the Webtype resource link we provided to you, and restore your CSS font-family rules to not call for the Webtype font(s).
